The first time starting the device up will take longer as the data on the SD Card decrypts and installs causing the system to restart several times during this process. Any titles are included for free with all intent & purpose of providing "back up" copies to already owned software that is no longer in production, available for purchase, or from developers and/or publishers which cease to trade and/or exist.
