I did not receive the order confirmation email

First of all, check your spam or your folders, maybe the email is there. If not, please contact us and we can send one back to you.

What is the best way to contact customer service?

The best way to reach us is to email info@retrogaminghouse.com. We are here Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and will strive to get back to you within 2-4 hours.

My credit card has been charged more than once for my purchase.

If the double charging on your credit card is due to one or more incorrect orders, we will be happy to help you obtain a refund within 15 days of the purchase.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron through PayPal payments.

How can I track my order once it has shipped?

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an email with all of your tracking information.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you have changed your mind and you need to cancel your order, there is a small non-refundable fee (4-5%) from PayPal and unfortunately we have to charge you for this. Subscribe to our mailing list to be among the first to know when out-of-stock items are available again.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

As soon you changed your mind and the console is not defective the return shipping cost is being covered by you.

Console Support

What are the specs of your console?

Most of our consoles uses a Raspberry Pi 3B, or Pi4 and use the Retropie software which is a free open source software. Please also refer to the tab Specs in the product page.

Is the console ready to use?

Affirmative! The console is ready to use, well, it still needs to be plugged in! Simply connect the HDMI cable to your TV, the AC adapter to a power outlet and plug in a USB controller to start playing. No additional configuration is required.

Does the console work with modern screens?

Our consoles work perfectly on all modern televisions, HD, 4K, and even 8K with an HDMI port available.
